A.Guide to access the course (Readme First)

Dear Aspirant, Hold your excitement, you're just few steps away to access the course

Windows PC/Laptop Access

Step1: Scroll Down to Download the “Course Content” and Organize properly.

Step2: Click to Download and install the “PiSquare Learner” Windows Application (Windows 8 or above). (Note: Deactivate antivirus (if any) before starting installation. Skip this step, if the application is already installed)

Step3: Open the installed “PiSquare application” and Select “click to open a file” and browse to downloaded files. (unable to open the application? Check Section B (Z_1) for the help)

Step4: Enter your 10-digit registered phone number as the “LOGIN_ID” to access the content. (Your login_Id will be active within 24hours of course purchase, you may WhatsApp us for quick provision)

1. Unable to Scroll PDF in Laptop

Laptop Track pad doesn’t work for scrolling the PDF you need to click and drag
Use external mouse to scroll

2. Where to download PDF Notes?

Videos and PDFs are embedded into a single file. Android user may Clickhere for details or Just open the PiSquare Application you will understand 🙂.

3. How to avail the complimentary practice tests?

To avail the complimentary practice tests, you need to send a selfie video giving your feedback. So that you will get the respective test package for free from the available online practice tests Clickhere

Selfie Video Requirements

1. Your Name, City, Course taken at pisquare.

2. Teaching methodologies, quality of content, problems solving ability and any other points you wish to share.

3. How you have benefited from PiSquare Lectures.

4. Uniqueness of PiSquare Lectures, how pisquare is different from other institutes.

5. Preferably in English (but it is up to your comfort) for 30 to 120 Seconds in Portrait mode(not in Landscape).

6. Video will be published on PiSquare YouTube channel, so make sure your video and audio is clear. And make sure you are looking good😊, you will be featuring on PiSquare’s YouTube Channel.

4. Forgot the Video Player Login_ID

Don’t worry, Login_ID is there in your email, search for Player Login_ID in your registered mailbox to retrieve. Or contact us with your registered phone number.

1. I am unable to browse the files, I see no files in PiSquare App

2. Playback speed control

Playback speed: Tap and hold on screen

Pause/Play: Tap the screen

Hide the Play bar: Tap on the blank corner of the screen

Forward: Forward 15sec

Backward: Backward 15sec

3. Having trouble in downloading?

Follow any one option

Option1: Chrome users, Tap and hold the download link, then select Open in incognito tab and download the file.

Option2: Open Google chrome browser in Incognito mode and download the files.

Option3: Use any browser other than Google Chrome browser to download the files.

Why.?

4. Audio is running but no video

If downloading is proper then you should not face this problem, but nothing to worry just re-download that specific video file.

1. Anti-virus is removing the PiSquare Application?

Add “PiSquare Application” to the Exception list of Anti-virus to resolve this issue. If you don’t know how to do that, then surf Internet for “how to add app Exception in xxxxx” (replace xxxx with your anti-virus name)

2. Screen Capture Popup message is stopping the video?

Make sure that, no programs like Skype, Torrentz, Zoom, Teams, Web browser and etc are running in the background.

You may WhatsApp or Email for further help with the screenshot of the popup.

3. How to check the PDF of the video?

Almost every video has PDF embedded within (except the problems video). Check this image for the same.

C.What if I have a doubt while watching the lectures?

Believe the fact that, every lecture is designed in a way that student's regular doubts will be cleared while watching the lecture attentively.

Follow the below sequence to get your doubts clear

1. Watch the corresponding video once again with more attentiveness in 1.0x speed with an open and neutral mind-set.

2. Surf internet to get your doubt clear. PiSquare courses are designed in such a way, student should know "How to learn" not "just learning".

3. Share/Ask your doubt with your friends or senior or college teacher (don't hesitate to try this)

4. Finally, PiSquare is always there to get your doubt clarified, join the live doubt clearing session on every Wednesday & Sunday at 5pm(IST) and get your doubts cleared. (Check below section for the live session details)
